Composition syntax

528 — a bare glyph code (main sign, portrait, day, month, or number)

A|B — A and B side by side, compressed to share the block

A/B — A above B, compressed to share the block

A^X — X as a superfix (top), compressing A

A_X — X as a subfix (bottom), compressing A

A<X — X as a prefix (left), compressing A

A>X — X as a postfix (right), compressing A

A^X<Y — chain fixes: X attaches first, then Y compresses A+X further

(A|B)/(C|D) — four quadrants, each its own sub-composition

- — an empty cell, holds its place but renders nothing

24.2 — glyph 24, specific shape variant 2 (see catalog)

Separate whole blocks with a space. | binds tighter than / — use parens when mixing.

100% = 0.4in per block on Copy image (Ctrl/Cmd+V paste sizing), so the default 4‑block example pastes at 0.8in × 0.8in — scales directly with block count. Download PNG instead keeps full resolution with the size embedded for Word's Insert Picture, since a plain clipboard paste doesn't reliably read that.
